世代や業種、あらゆる種を越えて
多様な仲間と根っこでつながり共創する。
まだ見ぬ本来の想像力・創造力が溢れ出す。

地球の願いと共鳴する時、奇跡が起こる。

予想だにしない未来を、みんなで創ろう。

社会を変える、ではなく
自分が変わる、から。

地球コクリ！は、人間も、植物も、動物も、鉱物も、自然も、地球も、すべてがいかされあい、調和し、共創した、美しい地球社会をみんなでつくり、「人間中心」から「地球中心」へのシフトを促す研究・社会運動です。
2011年、日本の地域に軸足を置いた「コクリ！」として研究活動がスタートし、官僚や農家、経営者、大学教授、クリエイター、首長など多様な人と共にどうしたら地域と社会が「ごろっと」変わるのか？を問いに研究と社会実験を日本全国で進めてきました。2020年からは「地球中心・生態系全体のコ・クリエーション（地球コクリ！）」にさらにテーマを進化させ、研究を行っています
私たちの研究活動を「奇跡を科学している」と表現してくれた人がいました。奇跡とは、一人ひとりが本来の願いにつながり本領発揮し、多様な仲間と根っこでつながり共創し、人も組織も地域も、すべてがいかされあったとき、そして時代の流れと共鳴したときに起こると思っています。そんな奇跡が偶然ではなく、どうやったら必然で起こるか。その条件とプロセスを、実証研究ベースで探究しています。

Earth Co-cree! is a research community and a social movement that promotes a shift from “human-centered” to “earth-centered” thinking to co-create a beautiful global society where all people, plants, animals, minerals, nature, and the earth live in harmony at their best.
Co-cree! began research activities in 2011, focusing on local communities in Japan. We explored how to drastically change local communities and society and conducted various field tests with diverse participants such as government officials, farmers, business owners, university professors, artists, and mayors. Since 2020, our theme has evolved to “Earth-centered research on co-creation with the entire ecosystem (Earth Co-cree!)” to proceed with further research.
Someone once described that our research activity was “studying the science of a miracle.” We believe a miracle happens when each person becomes connected to their inherent wishes to be in their element, co-creates with diverse like-minded peers through our common roots, and all people, organizations, and local communities perform at their best and resonate with the flow of time. Co-cree! uses empirical research to study how such miracles happen as a matter of necessity, not just by chance, as well as its conditions and process.

ヒトが森の奥で出くわしたのは、生き物たちの集会でした。馬や木たちが幸せそうに語るのは、自然界のいとなみについて。
そんな彼らをずっと傷めつけてきたヒトは、その場から逃げ出そうと後ずさり。
しかし生き物たちは、ヒトを引き止め、長いこと空いていた一席にいざないます。
それはヒトにとって、本当に大切なことを思い出す最初の一歩。
そして大きな奇跡の始まりでもありました。

One day, a human opens a door to find it leads to a forest where various creatures sit in a meeting. The animals and trees happily discuss their glorious surroundings and the circle of life in which they all play an important role. Ashamed of the actions humans have taken to hurt these creatures, the human’s first instinct is to flee the scene. But the creatures encourage the human to take a seat. There is one empty chair, where the human used to sit. For the human, sitting back in the chair is the first step to re-membering the past. And it is the beginning of a greater miracle.

私たちが一貫して行ってきたのはコ・クリエーションの条件とプロセスの研究です。「ここから歴史が変わった」と100年後に言われるような自己変容と地域・社会のシステム変容の智慧を見つけてきました。
思考だけではなく身体や五感を使い、顕在意識を超えた創造性が生まれる場と変容が継続し進化する生態系をデザインするなど、世界中の叡智を取り入れた研究と実証実験を行っています。その研究のアプローチは「世界でも非常にユニーク」（井上英之氏のDIAMONDハーバード・ビジネス・レビュー論考^※）と評されています。

Co-cree! has been consistently studying the conditions and process of co-creation. We have discovered the wisdom for transforming oneself and the system transformations of communities and society, to which people in 100 years would say, “That was where history began to change.”
Using not only our minds but also our bodies and our five senses, we have created a space where creativity transcends the conscious mind, and designed the ecosystem in which transformation continues and evolves. This approach to our research and field tests to draw wisdom from different parts of the world was praised as “extremely unique in the world” (Inoue, 2019^*).
