ヒトが森の奥で出くわしたのは、生き物たちの集会でした。馬や木たちが幸せそうに語るのは、自然界のいとなみについて。
そんな彼らをずっと傷めつけてきたヒトは、その場から逃げ出そうと後ずさり。
しかし生き物たちは、ヒトを引き止め、長いこと空いていた一席にいざないます。
それはヒトにとって、本当に大切なことを思い出す最初の一歩。
そして大きな奇跡の始まりでもありました。

One day, a human opens a door to find it leads to a forest where various creatures sit in a meeting. The animals and trees happily discuss their glorious surroundings and the circle of life of which they all play an important role. Ashamed of the actions humans have taken to hurt these creatures, the human’s first instinct is to flee the scene. But the creatures encourage the human to take a seat. There is one empty chair, where the human used to sit. For the human, sitting back in the chair is the first step to re-membering the past. And it is the beginning of a greater miracle.

「人間中心」から「地球中心」へ。

人間が、他のいのちを消費・搾取する社会ではなく、
すべてのいのちがいかされあい、調和し、共創する社会を、みんなで創っていきたい。

コ・クリエーション（共創）は、奇跡のようなもの。
一人ひとりが本来の自分の願いにつながり、本領を発揮し、多様な仲間と根っこでつながり共創したときに、エネルギーが湧き出て調和する。
そこからコ・クリエーションがはじまり、予想だにしない未来が立ち現れる。
そうした変容を、組織で、地域で、いくつも見てきました。

では、人間も、植物も、動物も、鉱物も、自然も、地球も、
地球全体とコ・クリエーションするためには、どうすればいいのでしょうか。

それには、人間側がメガネ（視点や意識）を変える必要があります。
数百年で地球にこれほどの悪影響を与えてしまった人間には、地球社会を良い方向に変えうる力も備わっているはずです。
メガネを変えて、本来の想像力と創造力をフルに発揮すれば良いのです。私たちはそこに希望の光を感じています。

「Re-member」は、そんな世界へと背中を押してくれる物語です。

From “human-centered” to “earth-centered”

We humans have consumed and exploited other living things and resources on this earth so far. But what if we create a world where all the living things help each other live fully, in a harmony and create the future together?

When each of us connect with our underlying wishes in the depth of the roots and then connect with others deeply, we unleash our innate energy and potential and start to create something together in a harmony. That is the beginning of co-creation and co-creation is a miracle. “A future beyond our expectations” emerges there.

I have observed such miraculous transformations in many organizations and communities. How can we extend this co-creation to the earth and beyond humans? How can we humans co-create a future with plants, animals, minerals, nature and the earth?

I believe that we need to fundamentally change the way we see the world. Yes, we have caused serious damage to the earth, but it also means we humans have the immense power of imagination and creativity, which could be used to make a positive difference in the world if we change how we see the world. That is a beacon of hope.

This animated short film “Re-member” is a story which gives us hope and courage to move toward such a new world.
